Eagle's Landing

Overview

Eagle’s Landing is unlike any other residential golf community in the area. Located on the southwestern edge of Lake Erie, the beauty of the Eastern Maumee Bay area provides a unique setting for the semi-private 18-hole championship golf course and adjoining private homes.

Situated on approximately 300 acres on Bay Shore Road in Oregon, Ohio, the focal point of the development is the golf course surrounded by approximately 260 residential lots. All lots will be fully improved with city water, sanitary sewers and underground utilities.

Noted golf course architect and land planner, Brian Huntley has designed Eagle’s Landing as a community with a first class golf facility to be enjoyed by novice and experienced golfers, as well as non-players. Mr. Huntley has provided views of the golf course from public areas to give an open park atmosphere to both visitors and residents. The golf course’s lakes are multi-functional, serving as course features, home site amenities and a source of irrigation for the golf course.
